A store chain developed a completely new online store in its line of business. The goal was to find modes of operation and best practises, which would meet the goals set for the online store.
Idea Factory was used to systematically collect all the knowledge and experience the personnel in the organisation had. More than half of the 2000 invited employees participated actively and shared their thoughts and expectations.
This way the store chain collected a vast amount of information, which was based on first-hand experiences and ideas of seasoned professionals.
