Our customer carried out a development project which made use of the experience of the personnel in customer service.
Firstly, Idea Factory was used to collect development areas found in customer feedback, tools, work methods, and company values. This resulted a long list of concrete observations in issues that should be developed – in order of greatest urgency.
In the second phase participants brainstormed solutions for the most urgent issues and gave their thoughts on how to tackle them.
In the third phase participants gave their ideas on how to make ideas concrete parts of everyday work.
