Creating a development plan with your own personnel

As a part of the strategic planning of a store chain, all the chain’s dealers and personnel were invited to participate in an Idea Factory to identify development areas in supply, service, and store functionality.

In the first phase the chain personnel listed more than 400 observations of areas needing development. Within following two weeks almost 200 of these were processed further to be an essential part of the development plan.

The personnel were invited to participate with mobile devices. Participation rate was very high and feedback from the participants was positive.
