Government departments reforming management practises

In 2013 a government minister invited key people from public sector to participate a series of five Idea Factories. The goal was to develop criteria of good management. This was a part of a project to collect and spread good management practise and managerial skills to workplaces in the public sector.  More than 1200 development ideas were collected. Criteria were finalised with comprehensive testing, and then taken into use in 2015.

This process inspired civil servants to come up with their ideas and renew good management. With this method, a large number of well-founded development ideas was collected, and the ideas were also evaluated constructively.
